行政書士わいずみともみ事務所は、行政書士法第十二条を遵守します。

（秘密を守る義務）

第十二条　行政書士は、正当な理由がなく、その業務上取り扱った事項について知り得た秘密を漏らしてはならない。行政書士でなくなった後も、また同様とする。

 

個人情報保護ポリシー

  1. 個人情報は、利用目的の範囲に限定して、適切な取得・利用・提供し、目的外利用を行わないことと併せて、そのための措置を講じます。

  2. 個人情報の漏洩、滅失又はき損等のリスクに関して、事故等の未然防止策及び是正に関する対策を実施し、個人情報に関するセキュリティー体制を継続的に向上させます。

  3. 個人情報に関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守します。

(Duty of confidentiality)

Article 12 A Gyoseishoshi Lawyer shall not divulge, without justifiable reasons, any secrets that come to his/her knowledge concerning matters handled in the course of his/her duties. The same shall apply even after he/she ceases to be a Gyoseishoshi Lawyer.

 

Privacy Policy

  1. Personal information shall be obtained, used, and provided appropriately and only within the scope of the purpose of use, together with measures to ensure that such information is not used for any other purpose.

  2. With regard to the risk of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we will implement measures to prevent accidents and correct them, and continuously improve the security system concerning personal information.

  3. We will comply with laws and ordinances, national guidelines, and other norms concerning personal information.
